Description
- The chain plate conveyor is mainly used for conveying strong abrasive, high temperature material, when user ordering, need to confirm the model, center distance between two wheels, inclined angle, maximum capacity etc.
- Power device installed in the head of chain plate conveyor, left or right installed can also change according to users' requirements, if it is double drive, head and tail drive parameters are the same.
- The transport speed of 8-10m / min is suggested, too low will affect capacity, while too high will increase noise and wear. And conveyor model HB800, HB1000 are suitable for conveying light material.
Technical parameter
Generally the plate height is 80-120mm, conveying material and capacity can be appropriate changes in design. The material can stay on the chain plate continuously, to prevent it from leakage, inclined angle is not more than 15 degree, and max. inclined angle can be 30 degree if add baffle , the shape structure as the following table.
