　　Connector processing process:

　　1. The conveyor belt of the belt conveyor is cut off. Cut the interface into an oblique angle of α=30°～60° to the center line of the tape, so that it is not easy to be scraped by the cleaner, generally taking α=45°.

　　2. The conveyor belt of the belt conveyor is divided into steps. Divide the cut tape head into several steps with the same size. Under normal conditions, the number of steps = tape canvas layer -1, the step width is 150 to 200 mm along the center line, and the ends of the conveyor belt are 40 to 60 mm. Used to protect the connector.

　　3. Belt conveyor belt tearing and peeling steps. First peel off the final step (the end of the conveyor belt is set to the first one),when cutting, the lower knife should be light, can only cut through a layer of canvas, can not damage the base canvas. Then, the working surface rubber layer is peeled off together with the first layer of canvas, but the left end of the conveyor belt is left 40 to 60 mm without cutting and tearing. According to the above process, each step is sequentially stripped, and it is necessary to leave a layer of canvas and work surface glue layer on the first step.

　　4. belt conveyor conveyor belt joint proofreading. Align the center lines of the two stripped tape ends and check the gap at the joint to ensure that the interface is tightly fitted, no more than 1mm. If it is not suitable, properly trimmed to ensure the quality of the joint.

　　5. Belt conveyor belt is polished. Use a hand-held wire wheel polisher or carpenter to remove the remaining rubber from each step, taking care not to injure the canvas.
