　　Problem of Vibrating screen for a big noise

　　There are four root cause of the noise generated by the circular vibrating screen.

　　1.Motor: When the motor is used for a long time, it will cause a large noise caused by aging. Selecting a motor with a good sealing state can solve this problem well.

　　2.When the vibrating screen is installed, if it is not installed smoothly, noise may also occur during use. In this case, it is only necessary to adjust the installation position of the vibrating screen to maintain a balanced state.

　　3.If the circular vibrating screen is selected, the bouncing ball material does not meet the production requirements, and noise will also be generated. The solution to this problem is very simple. It is enough to replace the bouncing ball that meets the production needs.

　　4.The thickness of the seal selected by the circular vibrating screen does not meet the requirements, which will cause the bundle ring to deform, resulting in the inability to lock the screen frame, causing collision between the bundle ring and the screen frame, and causing excessive noise.
