　　What is the cause of the deviation of the conveyor belt in the belt conveyor?

　　There are three reasons as below:

　　1. The rigidity of the frame is poor on itself, and the deformation is large under the load; the cylindricity error of the drum is large; the support roller is not flexible, the force on both sides of the conveyor belt is uneven; the parallelism error of the cylinder shaft. The quality of the conveyor belt itself is defective, the thickness is uneven,it cause the vibration during running. The lengths of the two sides are inconsistent, resulting in deviation of the conveyor belt; and the conveyor belt joints are not parallel, and the connection error is large.

　　2. Installation adjustment, the verticality error between the axis of the transmission and the reversing roller and the center line of the conveyor is large, resulting in a large inclination angle between the conveyor belt and the horizontal line; between the axis of the supporting roller and the center line of the conveyor Larger, the connection strength between the frame and the ground is insufficient, the frame is unstable, and the guide groove and the unloading groove are unstable. Improper installation of the deflector baffle can cause the belt conveyor to deviate due to uneven forces on both sides of the conveyor belt.

　　3. In terms of maintenance, the cleaning performance is poor. The diameter of the outer circle of the roller or the roller is partially increased during using; the position of the supply port is improper, so that the material is biased on the conveyor belt; the maintenance and adjustment are improper; or the conveyor belt has a strong difference, and the elongation after the load is large, causing vibration and deviation; The vibration of the system can also cause the belt deviation during running.
